These Terms govern your use of devopsinfra.digital and enrolment in training offered by DevOps Infra at 9 Marlin Avenue, Bowning, New South Wales, 2582, Australia.

1. Educational nature

All programs are educational. They teach discretionary technical analysis methods. They are not financial product advice, personal recommendations, or an invitation to deal in securities. Trading involves risk of loss. Past examples shown in class are illustrative only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a place you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

3. Enrolment and fees

Program places are confirmed in writing after enquiry. Published prices are informational and may change between intakes. No payment is processed through this website. Payment arrangements, if any, are agreed separately before your start date.

4. Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in live sessions, refrain from sharing other participants’ charts or personal details, and avoid recording sessions without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual property

Course materials, worksheets, and annotated examples remain the property of DevOps Infra. You may use them for personal study. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach from them commercially without written permission.

6. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape content for competing commercial services. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, DevOps Infra is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
